NetCare have been at the forefront
of partnership practices in Child Welfare, Education and
Youth Offending in Ireland and the UK. We provide training,
consultancy, project evaluation, project and staff development
and research.
We use the best practitioners,
managers and trainers from throughout the UK and Ireland.
There are 15 trainers and organisations associated with
NetCare, delivering training throughout Europe.
History
Jim McGrath founded NetCare in 2001. He has twenty years
experience across the fields of Social Work, Education,
Youth Offending and Health. He set up NetCare to promote
and develop the Family Group Conference and Restorative
Justice in an effort to create better parental and child
involvement in major decision-making processes.
Jim is firmly committed to
the principles associated with these processes, believing
people need to be more closely involved in community decision-making
and problem solving. Jim has presented keynote speeches,
workshops and training on his work to international audiences
in Ireland, UK and in Europe.
NetCare are widely known for their expert, high quality
provision in terms of external supervision, consultancy
and training.
Our clients include 90% of
Health Boards in the Republic of Ireland, Essex County
Council, Southend County Council, and Southend Local Education
Authority, Milton Keynes LEA, Barnardos, WELB and individual
projects and schools too many to name.
