"I wanted you to know just what a difference attending your course has made to me over the past 6 days. The pandemic has hit our service hard in terms of relentless pieces of work – all high profile and carefully scrutinised.

Devoting this time to myself and my own learning has reignited my enthusiasm as well as helping me to see where change is possible. It has been fun and serious all wrapped up together.

I have learned so much from yourself as well as all my colleagues in the group. Our relationships were already good but are now built on much more solid ground.

Thanks again and I cant wait to hear what the rest of the team thinks when they attend".  Judith Beddow, Head of Safeguarding, Birmingham Children's Trust
